Nipa Cabane is a tasting menu focused on reimagining Filipino cuisine. The name "Nipa" refers to a type of tree native to the Philippine Islands, while "Cabane" is French for "hut." In Tagalog, this is known as "bahay kubo."

Just like the name, the dishes we serve are of Filipino origin but are translated using Western cooking techniques and influences.
